I have been working for nearly 20 years with clients and delivering their Fitness goals and designing Strength & Conditioning Programs for Professional Sports teams and athletes to enhance their performance and prevent injuries.
I have worked with the larger healthcare ecosystem and provided results for the older population, pre/post-natal clients, folks recovering from post-surgery / injury rehab.
The ethos of my evidence-based scientific transformation program is to deliver your fitness goals within your constraints and deliver a holistic and truly customized training routine that helps the client to adopt a healthier and sustainable lifestyle and incorporates positive changes in recovery and nutrition.
I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA, USA). I am also recognized by the American Council of Exercise (ACE, USA) as a Certified Personal Trainer. I am also Certified in Exercise and Sports Nutrition from Precision Nutrition and FMS Level 1 accreditations. And, I continue to learn and grow, and be shaped by international workshops from the masters in this multifaceted field.
My exercise programs are forged from my unique learning experiences as an athlete, strength coach, personal trainer and rehab aide. I have taught using a variety of methods such as Olympic lifts, Plyometrics, strength training, body weight training and kettlebells to a wide range of clients, from high school students to professional athletes.
Through my firm, The Training Lab, my team and I work directly with clients from all walks of life, providing each with an individualised and structured training regimen. In addition, I create strength & conditioning programs for athletes of all levels for the purpose of developing their athletic qualities and am available for conditioning camps and consultation with coaches at any level in the sport of cricket.
